Victory Outreach San Fernando Valley is a local expression of Victory Outreach International, a global church-planting movement called to reach the hurting people of the inner city with the message of hope, restoration, and community transformation through Jesus Christ.
Our Mission
To inspire and equip people who are affected by drug addiction, gang violence, and other destructive lifestyles — helping them reach their God-given destiny through the love of Jesus Christ and the power of a healthy church family.
Our Vision
To see the San Fernando Valley transformed by the gospel — families restored, addictions broken, students discipled, and a new generation of leaders raised up to serve their community, their city, and the nations.
Our Heritage
Founded in 1967 by Pastor Sonny Arguinzoni, Victory Outreach International has planted churches, recovery homes, and outreach ministries in cities around the world. Victory Outreach SFV carries that same DNA into Arleta and the surrounding Valley — a place where anyone, from anywhere, can find a new beginning.

We believe in the authority of the Bible, the saving power of Jesus Christ, the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit, and the local church as God's plan to change neighborhoods and generations.
