• Submissions are stored in our managed backend database.
• Data is transmitted over HTTPS.
• Row-level security policies restrict access so that only authorized church administrators can read submissions.
• Administrative actions on accounts and roles are recorded in an internal audit log.

Who can access your information

Only church staff and volunteers with an administrator role on this site can view submissions. Administrator access is granted by an existing administrator and can be revoked at any time.

Your choices

You can request that we update or delete information you submitted by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
